Let me preface this by saying that I’ve enjoyed Ken’s work on SModcast, and would consider myself to be a fan. That being said, this commentary is quite bad. It starts off with some less than thorough or convincing analysis, and quickly degenerates into a bad MST3K rendition. They are not that familiar with the movie, so a lot of their time is spent just watching it, and most of the jokes fall flat. They don’t even seem to be enjoying themselves, so I don’t quite know why they chose this movie in the first place.
